And why are you anxious about what to wear? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin. And yet I say to you, that even Solomon in all his glory is not arrayed like one of these.
- Matthew 6:28-29

Thanks for commenting on "It's Raining Cubes"! To answer your question, each of the blocks is a perfect cube, with a ferfectly square face on each side. If a rectangular box were ever to appear in Cubeland, that entire universe would implode with a loud farting sound.
Welcome Sharon and thanks so much for being so kind about dancing ducks which are such sweet and cute birds unlike the doves which I rather dislike LOL
BTW are you working on your grand entry with some beautiful image ?
But mind you, the site is addictive - anybody here will confirm that LOL !!!!
thanks, sharon, for liking this photo. i'm not a cactus fan but last spring in phoenix we had a ton of gorgeous blooms. i really appreciate your kind words and the time it takes to write. jen
Thanks for your comment on my posting "really?". This was a pretty rough log cabin and you'd want to think twice about living in it. Just the same, it was an interesting study.
Thank you so much for your warm comments to ..'What The' Sharon.....Wait until you see the next one!!!....Laff! your belly wont stop 'wobblin'!!!!!!!!!...........Bob
Thanks Sharon for checkin out "Old Trotter". It is a hackamore. In Sweden we have this one and one with much longer arms (or what you call it ). This one is pretty usual here in Sweden. Hope you understand what I mean.
Have a nice day :)

Thanks Sharon, sorry I'm late gettin' back to you, I'm glad you liked "Strawberry Fields Forever" and I appreciate your comments nice words are always welcome.
Sharon,
I'm glad my photo Still Waters was able to rekindle a childhood memory. As you know Fern Ridge is a special place. For years, I enjoyed it mainly as a water skiing venue until I recently started to explore the surrounding wetlands. I was missing the best part!! But I'm making up for lost time now. : ) Thanks for checking out the photo.

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment on "English Country Lane" Around the corner from there was a beautiful, old cottage that we stayed in. You are quite right about the glare on the road. Much appreciated.
Sharon: Thanks for the comment on "Venus: Goddess of Love" -- Bright colors on a computer screen tend to make me a bit nauseated, so I tried to tone it down a bit on this image. I'm glad it worked for you :) What part of Virginia are you from? I went to undergrad in Lynchburg (the cultural center of America), which is why I ask.
Thank you Sharon for your comments and time on project 51. Pushed a few buttons in an editing program and got those colors. It's totally different from the original. Glad you liked it...Bill
Thanks so much for your comments on "Beauty of the Mountains." I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'll never forget that peaceful evening in the mountains, and I always have this photo to remember it by. Glad I could share it with you, and I'm very glad you enjoyed it!!! :)
Hi Sharon,
I'm glad you took a look at the "Lion" and that you liked it. It was fun playing around with different backgrounds to get one I thought looked pretty good. I am just learning Photoshop Elements and have a ways to go. I appreciate your support while I am learning.

Glad you liked 'arches in threes', Sharon. I preferred natural light to highlight the stone colour; so I set the camera on the floor on a mini tripod and shot it with the flash suppressed to avoid glare. Happy with the result. Glad you commented, Thanks! - Dave
Thank you for the nice comments on 'Rough Bark.' Indeed I try to get a different perspective and make art out of the ordinary. I am glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
Thanks Sharon for take look at "Tough guy" much appreciated. You ask me about the bridle who is hanging in front of the horses nose. The horse have it in his mouth when he is racing. After the driver take that away. It helps the horse to hold the head in the right position. It goes from the mouth, over the head and to the harness. The horse have a other bridle in his mouth for the reins. Hope you understand my bad english ...lol...
Sharon,
I wish to thank you for visiting Equine Elegance. I love horses. I think most people do. They represent a wild sense of freedom we wish we all had. I’m glad you took the time to take a look at this pretty horse. Many thks.
Pat
Hello Sharon, I'm glad you liked "Sleeping Baby". Her furry little curled up position just happened to fit right for desktop art. Thanx for the encouragement!! Cheers...............Amaris
Hi Sharon..
When the first time I saw "The Tower" in castle Boldogko, I thought so sudden the "Lord of the Rings"...
But! -This is conversely REAL!
Many thanks for your visiting...!
Hi Sharon. Thanks for viewing Petrified Rock and yes, it's a log from LONG ago...maybe not too long before my time :) I appreciate your input very much. Anita
Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.....
Hi Sharon. Thank you for your great comments about my photo 'Wheat Field & Oak'. They were gratefully and modestly received. I'm really chuffed that you liked it enough to comment in the way you did. Yours, Iain.

Wish I could have put a motie in The Mote in God's eye Sharon.
Nice to have a comment from someone who actually understands the concept of the image. Ya had to have read the book. :-)
Thanks for your comments....and...for takin a look!! :-)
Thanks for the comments on "Love Bugs". On the bright creations I do not use as wallpaper, but as a image for my screansaver. Think about it. Thanks again...Kat
Hi Sharon, Sorry it took me so long to replay, I've missed few days last week, and I am still catching up! Thank you for your sweet comment on my Festive Rose. I use mainly PhotoFiltre now, although I have several Graphic Programs of various usefulness, I also have about a 100 of compatible plug-ins, large files of Masks and Textures and Brushes - which I mostly add myself, as necessary! This picture is all manipulation of Masks and Textures, with a touch of spotlight in Photo-Tools plug-in. You have not posted any of your work, so I can't tell how much of this you follow! If you want to know anything else, please drop me a line

Thanks for commenting on my "Rainbow Clouds." I appreciate your feedback. So they call it a "Sun Dog" eh? Very interesting. I'll have to try to remember that.
Hi Sharon, Thankyou for your comments on "Fungi Macro" yeah a step closer and maybe some different angles would have helped also thankyou for the advice.
Thanks to all who comment on pictures in my gallery. Please accept my apologies if I am unable to thank you each time, and please don't feel obligated to thank me for my comments.
Thks Sharon for lookin at "Horse Tails". That was interesting what you said about Pampass horses. Must be why they are called Pampass grass and look like horse tails.
Pat
Thanks so much for commenting on my United tails photo and suggesting darkening the foreground trucks -- I completely agree with you. I just wish I knew how to edit my photos! :)
Hi Sharon, many thanks for looking at 'Astral Vortex' and leaving some really useful feedback. You are right...I had to catch this quickly, as the clouds were on the move and the formation disappeared 5 mins later. I was leaning right out of the bedroom window to get the height, and didn't want to capture any more horizon, as I live on a housing estate, and didn't want to detract the sky effect by all the houses. I will experiment with your idea, and appreciate your kind comments and suggestions....thanks, Jacquie.
It was a dress up day at a previous work location last November. Hence the surroundings however for pals it's always nice to put a name to a face. Or some people like to be mysterious. Stay safe and well. NiK.
Kia Ora Sharon,I do appreciate your kind comments on Sweet Memories. The special lady was my mother so it was special to me :) I am so pleased it brought happy memories of your mother as well. Mine used to do the same - pick them every morning to keep then blooming. Wasn't the scen devine ?
Hi Sharon,
Thanks very much for your comments on `A Windy walk' they are appreciated more than you might think.
Being unskilled is really no reason for not `doing' art after all a lot of money is made from poor images and digital cameras are quite cheap so go for it !!
I have used Adobe Photoshop Elements and Corel Paint Shop Pro X, overlapping a copy of the color shot with one in sepia, thanks for the comments on "pensamiento"
julian
Hi Sharon, thanks for taking time to leave comments at "eyes left". I took this shot in VT, so I had never met these animals before. I never thought of it until you mentioned it, that little strap really couldn't hold them back if they wanted to go!
Hello Sharon. I appreciate the look at "Tropicana". Give your imagination a go and just let it flow on to the screen. take one piece at a time and fill your page. There is no wrong way as far as I know and everyones style is different. Everything is comprised of shapes that are really familiar to you : circles, squares, triangles and so on.
Hey Sharon Thanks for you comment on Electric G.T Much appreciate it,but i only used photoshop, lol.
i dident try what you were saying comment just left it the way it turned out.
Glad you like it anyway.
Kia Ora Sharon, thank you so much for you kind comment on Hampton Court Gardens. It must be a mammoth job taking care of those gardens and that was but a small part. If only my lawns looked like that :)
Hi Sharon, thanks for your welcome comments on "Guest House." I appreciate your kind remarks. C'mon up for a visit - I'm sure the owners would rent cheap... LOL. anne :-)

Wow Sharon, good eye! I didn't even notice those signs in the background of "Flyover." Great catch lady. My eyeballs are gettin' toooooo old! Feel free to fix it for your own desktop. Glad you liked the image. anne :-)
