Class Reunion - where's the Bar Uploaded: 04/23/12 4:42 PM GMT

Image: Class Reunion - where's the Bar

As you can imagine, desert reunions attract a thirsty lot. This is just a couple miles North of Organ Pipe (cactus) Reserve, but they're not invited to this Saguaro bash. I don't think it's a North/South thing in this day and age. Just a shortage of the wet stuff.

Thanks for the nice comments about "Canyonlands Maze 101." It's a great place. When you get there rent a 4wheel drive Jeep Wrangler or Cherokee if you have the time. That's a good way to see sights that the 'Highway Travelers' don't get to see. You don't have to do really tough things. A drive down Shaffer Trail or Long Canyon is a real nice way to see the country. Long Canyon is an easy trip, but Shaffer Trail is not the place to go if you fear heights, switchbacks, or roads without guard rails. ENJOY! If you are serious about your trip email me and I will be glad to share what I know about Moab and surroundings.

Thanks Doug, for taking a look at "Broken" and saying such nice things about it. One thing about fractals is that you're not always sure how you got what you ended up with, but if you tinker around you often come up with something interesting.

I am careful...though a bit reckless...but all the time I am aware that MY actions can get HER and HERS killed...and if I get hurt....it's MY fault, My stupidity....but she is innocent. Doug, Thank you for your comments on "April Fool's". At 1:30 in the morning & it is April Fool's Day, I guess anything can happen. You know how those fractals behave sometimes. When the show starts you will be the first to know. Thanks again...I appreciate everything. Sherree

Kia Ora Doug, Your comments on Burnished Clouds are very much appreiated. Thank you. I had the camera at the ready tonight as thought there was going to be a nice sunset but it fizzled away to nothing :)

Thanks also dear friend for your comment on magic lanterns. No need to change anything in the pic - in Szczecin we have ALL kinds and numbers of lanterns LOL
But I agree, the single one was probably better and mostly because of the pronounced light beam ...
