A little something? I just don't tolerate with such modesty! You either shoot out of passion or you don't shoot at all! Photography is about seeing things others can't see.

I guess every girl goes through a photography phase. You know, horses... taking pictures of your feet.

Hey Shiba,
Thanks for the kind words regarding "My Beach...", they're much appreciated. I too noticed the blur in the distance that you mentioned. While I used Neat Image, a noise reduction software that may have been partially responsible, I believe it's more of an exposure issue as I was in a hurry and intent on capturing beach foreground details. As a result, I didn't adequately shut my aperture down to ensure distance details. The exposure settings for my shot "Coastline Florence" were more successful. Thanks again.

Hello Shiba...Thankyou for giving up your valuable time to have a look at my pictures....Your comments on (BIG COUNTRY) are very much appreciated....If the horses had been any other colour but white I personally think that the eye would not be attracted to the centre of the picture....Thanks again....All the best...Mick.

“In autumn when the trees are brown
The little leaves come tumbling down
They do not make the slightest sound
But lie so quietly on the ground
Until the wind comes puffing by
And blows them off towards the sky…”

Hello dear friend, I hope you don't mind but my little sister is in hospital at the moment and I'm very tired so I'm just sending a collective thanks to those who were kind enough to stop by and comment on my sunset pics. Also, just letting you know that I will get to seeing all your new images when I get the chance. All the best, Kelcey.
LOL- yes, I do love Roosters and the roosters in my window were my Grandfathers so they are very special to me. Thanks for taking the time to comment on my picture.
Hi and thanx for your comment about my winter grasses. I do understand the thing about the frame. I dont really like them that much either. Sometimes I just want to add a little something to the photo...and I try a frame...but sometimes I'm not sure if I should have or not. But thanx for stopping to view my shot....verena
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Fabulous to hear from you, Shiba. Big, fat "THANK YOUS" for your generous words you were so kind to leave wrapped “in snow cover”. I hope the image will serve you well as a winter desktop – quiet winter wonderland with the occasional falling of the snow from the branches breaking the silence…
Hi Shiba ... Can't tell you how pleased I was to have your visit and comments at "Con Artist" and "Shh ... What Was That?" Knowing you're a bird lover as I am and that I gave you a smile was a day brightener for me. Thanks so much for letting me know.
