Thanks for your comments on "Meet Sid". We thoroughly enjoyed our "Snake" evening as neither of us had ever handled a snake before. I was surprised by how muscular and strong they were, even the small ones.

Thanks susanlyn for the really nice comments on Spickard Hill. I am pleased you found it appealing. Grass can truly be that green. You must be Irish judging from your avie.
Thanks susanlyn for comments on Before Steroids. Stan the Man is my absolute favorite of all time. Next would be Bob Gibson. You must have lived in STL at one time.
Thanks for looking at the Juggling Jester, there is some history with the statue, he was stolen by some teenagers 2 yrs. ago and recovered by the police a short time later.
Thanks Susalynn for taking the time to comment on my picture “Free Flyer” These birds are quite abundant down at the Des Moines River but fast and a bit of a challenge to photograph.

Thanks for nice comments on Caboose #11443 susanlyn. Sounds like you lived in one of those places you can't get to from here. lol. There were a lot of red cabooses as well.
Thanks Nathan Susalynn the comments on my picture “Arial Lunch” Shooting these fast flying birds helps shake off the rust from not using the camera this past winter.
Thanks for the nice words on Top Dog--Coon susanlynn. Yes, Jon Jones is really good. He did all the work, I just showed it. It is not to cold in his shop. lol
Thanks Susalynn for the comments on my picture Gull “Fish Story” For these gull shots I used a 400mm lens with the ISO high enough to keep the shutter speeds above 1/1500th. The Cameras focus was set to continuous (AI Servo for you Canon shooters) with an aperture of about F8.

Thank you Susalynn for the nice comment on my "Killdeer" photo. The Egrets I was looking for have almost disapeared from the area so I had to settle on a small bird.
Thanks so much Susanlyn for the the really nice remarks on Fork & Trout. Sorry it is making you stir crazy in the office. Good luck in future fishing trips. A world record is just one cast away.
Thank you susanlynn for the comment on "Unknown bird" I found out it is a Chukar, from the Pheasant family. They release them in wildlife areas for hunters (like you mentioned) to kill them, how nice. I am glad the ones I saw survied for now. Ed and Garrett identified the bird for me.
Hey again susanlynn, glad you liked my "Cone Head" photo. I did not post it before cause I thought the pointed head on the Cardinal was something I did wrong with the camera. Oh well, some of our best work ends up in the trash bin.
Thank you for the nice comment on "Green frog on the water",it is really appreciated.Do not worry,i will never eat frogs as i like animals and birds.Have a nice week.
Glad you enjoyed my photo "The muncher" That Squirrel is hogging all the bird food so I havn't posted many photos of the birds yet. I need to buy a Squirrel proof feeder I guess. Thanks for taking the time to comment...Gregg
Thank you Susanlynn, for stopping by my shot "Doe At Rest". The deer at that park are very used to people, because it is a very busy place and has lots of walking trails. Thanks again.
Hi there SL!
Many thanks for stopping by and checking out 'Chip Off The Block' You are right about the markings. My friend the owner said that a marauding horse must have broken into the field one night as although the little one has very similar markings and blue eyes, the markings are much darker and a different colour to mothers! -kinda dark brown intermingled with grey..
Always appreciated.
J ;)
Thank you Susanlyn for commenting on "Monarch on a Butterfly bush" They are starting to show up now, saw one today on some Milkweed, I am hoping to post it tonight.
Hi Susanlynn, Thank you kindly for your recent visit to Astrophysics2 , and your wonderful comments! I'm so pleased it caught your eye and you took the time to provide me with feedback :) Much appreciated!
Thank you for commenting on "Double Delight", I appreciate you taking the time to look and hopefully enjoy. You must get a variety of hummers in the South as they migrate south of the border to winter. I, unfortunately, usually only see rubuthroated and usually only female to boot :)
I'm glad to see an Alabama girl stopping by to comment on Down by the Fence. I really do appreciate the kind words and the time you took to view. Please feel free to stop by anytime.
Thanks Susanlynn for the nice comment on "The Great Escape" Make sure you check out the rework of this photo by, Piner, LynEve, ppigeon and twinkle. It is amazing how much they all improved the photo of the Hawk in flight.
Hi thank you for commenting on Black Bridge 2. In response to your query upon closer inspection the white circle appears to have been a warning sign long ago. Warning unsafe to climb structure.
Thanks,SL hope you don't mind if I abbreviate. It just seems like I know you because of the wonderful comments you've made about my posts.I really appreciate each and everyone.
Hi Susan, thanks for your comment on "The Buckeyes back" Hope to get one soon with the wings open. Starting to see more of them around the wildlife area I visit.
And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
