Please forgive me: I want to thank everyone who views and comments my images, I try but it is hard to write individual thank you at times. Please know you are appreciated!
Hi Catherine
Thanks for the advice on Polynesian Summer! It was really appreciated! I tried changing the ceiling, and it does look better. I'm going to upload the new version as soon as I can. Thanks again!
Well hello there young lady. Thankyou for your post on my Ninja bad boy. It is a rework of some I uploaded a while ago. I wanted him to lookedgy and stand out so hey ho. Stay safe and well Nik ;-)
Kia Ora Catherine, Thanks for your nice words about Blue On Blue, I am pleased you like it. I did the frame with a PhotoFiltre plugin from AAA Filters called Foto Frame. It works with PSP as well. You can get it here if you want it. http://8bf.net/index.html
Hello Catherine.....Thankyou for your comments on (DAFFODILS) it is very much appreciated....Cornish daffodil farms are some of the largest and most efficient in the world, supplying flowers and bulbs to all parts of the UK, to Continental Europe, and to the USA.....All the best....Mick

Thanks for the comment on Alaskan Waterfall! *laughs* Besides some tweaking, this photo was taken during a cruise through the glaicers. We were pretty far away from it, so really it wasn't all that hard to fit into the box. ; )

Hey, I'm glad "spoon" was inspiring to you. It's amazing what you can do with the seemingly insignificant things of life. I'll look forward to seeing your posts.
Hi Catherine, so glad you stopped by "Unrequited Love?" and enjoyed it. I actually felt kinda sorry for the swan- this duck was relentless in pursuit but they were so funny to watch. - Eileen
hello catherine
thanks for the comment onnever undone, highly appreciated! the picture you were asking about is found here. i really had some problems with it but wanted to place because i think it's scarry how the government sended this men there without protection and information.

Dear Catherine,
I am very proud and happy that you commented so kindly on 'another detail of an ancient door'. Actually this is not a church now and I have no idea what was its purpose in the German time [ie when my town was German]. I would rather guess something military judging by its location ...
hi catherine. thanks so much for writing to me about lionfish. you are not the only young person who noticed things that my eyes missed. i think what i'll do is work on it a little bit at a time and then resubmit. i really appreciate your writing to me. jen
Hi Catherine! Thanks so much for stopping by & leaving your kind remarks on Saturday in the Park! I'm surprised you know the song at your young age! lol It was popular when I was in high school! Good to know the music of Chicago lives on! Thanks again!
Hello, Catherine. Thank you for your encouraging comment on "Announcing Spring". And also thanks for adding me to your friends list. ‘Only problem is that I don’t know how the “friends” interaction works. It would be helpful if you would leave me an explanation on my “lythrum” page. Judy
Thanks for your comments on 'Rollercoaster,' much appreciated. Actually that is a gold border but I'm going to have to expand my horizons. I'm locked into the black/gold. Will have to try something different.
Hi Catherine, nice to meet you...very glad you enjoyed Overflowing...I plan to upload the companion to it later today...meanwhile, thanks for the visit and nice comments on this one.:Pat
Sorry Catherine , but they were really going at it at "Touche'." It was so funny to just watch these little things fighting like they were goliaths . The fight didn't last for very long though after I snapped the photo. One good push from the one on the right and it was all over. But they did give me a laugh for the day. So glad you enjoyed it- Eileen
Hi Catherine. Thanks for the explanation of the "friends" thing. Also, I'll take your suggestion on Hot Pink and resubmit it with some cropping. I do appreciate your comments. Judy
Thanks Catherine for commenting my "Northern Light " picture, glad you liked it. It was a hard time to catch this phenomena. Badly cold that night, -30 F ( about -34 C) / HJ
Dive Team ......... Thanks for visiting, Catherine. It was the result of a number of zooms, so maybe that was the reason for the excess pixels. Know so little about the program, and limitations, but I'll learn, maybe. I think the limitations, are mine.
Thanks for taking the time to view and comment on "CN Tower from Below." Indeed the tree really helped with the composition. I didn't do anything to send a 'comment request.' I think that happens automatically.
Thanks so much Catherine for your comment at "Out On A Limb". I don't know if I would personally like to have these as pets . They wouldn't last long around my cats anyway LOL. So glad you enjoyed it- Eileen
Hi Catherine, thank you for your comments on the pink lily photograph. I have had a lot of good advice on framing just by posting this picture! LOL! The photograph is the actual size and I have not cropped it and I think I went a bit over the top with my experimenting with the framing - all good lessons though. thanks again for taking the time to comment.
Thanks for the kind comments on "Fireworks" much appreciated. First I try out the border but it seems so lonely. So I think a thin border would help.
Have a nice day :)
Hi Catherine, thanks for the valuable feedback on "Garachico", I'm glad you liked it. Your parents were right, this is the perfect place for a honeymoon! I used a polarizing filter in order to increase blue and contrast. Thanks again.
Cheers.
Thanks so mush for taking the time to stop and comment on my Coinage post. I really appreciate it and I am glad that you enjoyed it. I see what you are saying about the bag (yes that is what it is) and so I will try to crop it our or find some way to get rid of it. thanks again! ~abby
Thanks for your comment on "Foxy". I didnt' have much of a choice about the background at the time and dont really have much of a chance to take another picture - Little Todd is not mine, my boss at Paul bunyan nature learning center brought him to work one day to show him to headstart kids that came in for a program... He found the little guy hiding in the grass one day at his house... poor kit was alone and scared...
Can I apologise In advance for NOT answering your comments for the next few weeks...My time on Caedes will be limited!...Holidays take up most of my time...So, can I thank all of you, my dear friends who have supported and commented on my works..I wont be away too long, I promise.....
Catherine, I wish to thank you for your kind words on "Lilac Beauty". I really appreciate it. As for the reason for having the subject off-center, I think the easiest explanation can be found on the site by following this direction - "Navigation", "Other Stuff" Then "Rules of Composition" and "The Rule of Thirds " Finally "The Bad and the Ugly". Hope this helps.
Hey Catherine, thank you for commenting on "Foggy Sunday". The round thing is a very large rock that has a large plaque on it. This is near the center of my college campus and holds the name of the Professor of the Year.

Hi Catherine. Thanks for stopping by, and your comments. Guess I got sloppy in the cropping, as I don't remember anything else there, to make me trim it quite so tight.

Thanks for the comment on my "New Year's Ball Drop" The shot was actually taken using the water that was collected on top of my pool cover in the back yard. So that is the reason for the scattered branches; you are correct though.. they should be removed next time ;)
Hi Catherine -- thanks for viewing spinner. Appreciate the comments. Go ahead and put a bunch of little ones together. Might look cool. Let me see too. Take care...
Thanks for the laugh Catherine at "Only In A Fractal World". One may think I've been eating mushrooms if I don't "settle" down with my works huh? LOL. I enjoy making fun things that bring a smile or a laugh. Life is too serious- this site is for fun and sharing our imaginations with each other. Thanks for stopping by- I appreciate it so much- Eileen

Merci bcp pour tes compliments sur Expressionism Redux.....i am glad you like and understand the work----as much as it can be understood! LOl encore MERCI
Catherine, thanks for commenting on "Macabre". My manipulations? I cropped it, resized it, played around with the brightness and contrast a bit until I decided the original was best, and planned on increasing the saturation only to find it better when it was dropped slightly. That about sums it up. :-)
Catherine, thanks for the suggestions to this old house. I will have to try working more with Photoshop as I am a new photographer. I have only been taking photos for a couple of months. I like it though when I get feedback other than nice or pretty. I value your honesty.
Thank you for your kind words to Blossom Time Cathrine...I know what you mean 'Hayfever'! my grandson suffers terribly with it!!!!
This is a communal home for the 'elderly'..and is looked after!!!! by the people who run this place?....God Forbid, If ever, I had to end up in one of these places!!!!!

Hello Catherine. Thank you so much for stopping by "N 2 The Unknown". I am so glad you enjoyed it. I really appreciate your kind remarks. Keep blowing them bubbles. You never know what wonders you may create. By-the-way, I've been to Hershey and just loved it. The town smells soooo good and is full of such wonders. Have a great day! Sarah =^..^=
Hey Catherine, thank you for commenting on the stream shots I uploaded yesterday, I'm so glad you could enjoy them, too! :) Your constructive compliments bring a great smile to my face... they are greatly appreciated. Glad to see another Pennsylvanian on here.
