“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”
thanks for checking out Sandy Lines. glad you liked it. I only noticed the horizon after I uploaded it, unfortunately. I can see a one degree tilt to the left would cure the issue. It annoys me :)

Thanks for your constructive comments regarding As lonely as a Swan. Not actually frozen in the water, but many people were not convinced (idiots), so insisted on making noise until it proved them wrong and walked away......
Mr Clean Thanks for the critique Twinkle. I have to say I agree with all you had to say. Thanks. Beyond that it's a joke and not to be taken too seriously. If the expression makes a few folks laugh or smile and provokes a few humorous comments it served its purpose well. :0)

Dreaming of the Ball Thanks for the complements Els. He is wearing a wrist brace that also wraps the hand, but the fingers looked even stranger in the original photo. (lots of reasons for that.)

Hi Els, glad you took the "Steep Climb" and didn't get carsick! the road runs right beneath many great mountains including the highest in the state Mount Elbert and rises well above the treeline into the stark Alpine tundra zone, while also passing lakes, rivers, steep-sided valleys, thick forests of fir and extensive aspen groves. Highway 82 is usually open for only six months of the year, from late May to late October, I appreciate your wonderful comment very much!

Thanks for your supportive comments on my contest entry. I'm finding bees a fascinating, but very challenging subject to shoot. I'm glad there are a few people out there who share my interest in small life and it's rich detail.
