Not until the creation and maintenance of decent conditions of life for all men are recognized and accepted as a common obligation of all men . . . shall we . . . be able to speak of mankind as civilized.

Thanks again for your nice comments on the other 2 lighthouse shots.
Actually, the Stairs shot is looking up. I took one from the top looking down, but it didn't have the quality of lighting up there, and it was a tad out of focus.
I'm glad you enjoyed them.
Thanks again for your comments.
Actually its Saint Augustine Im thinking of however I have done research on the Ponce de Leon as well sorry for the mixup however you can at least breath a sigh of relief LOL

Ephesians 2: 8 & 9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if all it took was good works to get to heaven? And if you had to earn salvation it wouldn't be a gift, it would be a wage. And if you had to be good enough to get saved then how do you know when your there? Questions about Jesus? Send me a personal message.

Window View is a shot of one of the roses in an arrangement next to the window of a florest shop. This particular window looks into the cold storage area of the shop and has condensation on the glass. The camera lens was placed against the glass to remove reflection and create this soft image. Thanks Gibbowr for viewing and commenting on this image.

Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.....
