Thanks a lot Kat for your nice comment on my "Slow Down" capture.
I'm glad you like it and I really do appreciate your support :-)
A macro lens is indeed a good investment. You will really enjoy it!
Have a great day!
Fabulous to hear from you Kat. Big, fat "THANK YOUS" for your generous words you were so kind to leave wrapped “in snow cover”. I hope the image will serve you well as a winter desktop – quiet winter wonderland with the occasional falling of the snow from the branches breaking the silence…

Hi Kat, thanks for your comments at "under the pier". That is probably one of my all-time favorite shots taken with a 4MP Kodak. I recently reshot with a canon 20d (not posted) and I don't think it's that much better.
HI ALL, SORRY IF IT TAKES ME A BIT OF TIME TO GET BACK TO YOU ALL, BUT THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR THE WONDERFUL COMMENTS OF LATE . . . Mark . . . No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
Thanks Kat for visiting and for the comments on Sunset 2 and The Sky is Blue?
It's a good thing I don't work the afternoon shift anymore, I quite often found myself staring at the sunset. ;-)
Hey Kat..I'm glad you stopped by and had a look at "Farley, My Boy"...the whole being cute thing is just an act with him!! He just does it to get treats!! Well, it definitely works on me, I spoil him to death. Thanks for your comments!!
It's far shallower than I expected. Hopefully, it will be back up and running soon, and the trekking guides will not be putting their clients at risk. mapquest driving directions
