Thanks for your kind, encouraging and perceptive comments on Land of Elves and Fairies. Very much appreciated, especially since many people do not recognize that the dreamy quality was the purpose of that experiment. So happy you enjoyed the image and thanks again for taking the time to comment. :)
Thank you for visiting my Buddhist Temple image. You are to kind with your words. You are incorrect however. I don't awlays "get it right".I have thousands of negatives and CD's of images that nobody will ever get to see.. !:0)

I am happy that you like my background on my Chumbres and Toltec Railroad image.I have had som feedback (just a few) that think that it is to bold. I have made an adjustment on my new image Spanish Peaks. I would love to hear your opinion on that one too.

Hi Morwin... thankyou for your comment on Waiting... im so very glad you liked it... i really loved making this one... im trying different things... :D
Morwin;
Thank you for your comments about my Morning Fog Conejos Canyon. I am very lucky to own a cabin in the Canyon. I can only use it in the summer time as the winter snow get up to 15 feet deep. I can hardly wait until Memorial day. That is the day that the forest service strives to have the snow ploughed and the road open to the cabin owners in the area. It is a beautiful place and the photo ops. are great and so is the fishing.

Good morning Morwyn
Thank you for the compliments with "Twisted tree". Am glad you liked it. It was taken on one of my recent weekend excursions that are devoted just to taking photographs.
Romane
Hi Morwyn, thank you for commenting on "Aglow". I appreciate your thoughts! Clarity was a problem here I thought, but I liked the image, so I posted it anyway, Ha! Stop by again for a visit. Sincerely, Marilyn
June, Morwyn and Ppigeon. Thank you al for your comments on this image of Moon Over the Teatons.. I chose the gray background because I have received a number of negative feedbacks about my selection of colors that I have used as my backgrounds .This seem's strange to me as all of the background colors have been selected directly from the image that it surrounds. When I assembled this image I thought I would use a neutral gray and see if the feedback would change. Guess what? Wrong! I guess that I can't win them all. I guess that I will go back to pleasing myself.
June, as much as I would have loved to use black as my background it would have distracted from the main idea of using a panoramic frame as an idea that was fresh and new.
Oh well back to the drawing board. Thanks to the three of you for your feedback.

Hi Morwyn, I ´ve seen many amazing color-combinations on orchids at this greenhouse exhibition that I´ve never seen before. The green one is very special, I think. Glad you liked it and thank you for commenting!
Morwyn;
Thank you so much for your support. I am pleased that you liked my Hayes Creek Falls. I was getting a bit depressed about some of the commens lately. You came along just in time. I have just finished a long letter, to Noobguy, in the discusion area about the same problem with bordrs on an image. If you get a chanec to visit there I am sure that he could use some assuring words too. Thanks again. I have started to look for your inputs on all of the images that I post.

No need for a thank me.. My Navajo Counrty. Sunset on the Mitens dedication to you is most sincere. The pleasure is all mine. I feel that it is the least that I can do for all of your nice words that you have been so kind to post. I also think that we, my wife and I, can relate to your situation. I will be more specific in a PM

Thank you Morwyn for your nice words on the fourth orchid pic. B.J. did a great job with my picture and we are both glad to see you enjoy the series. I noticed how expensive these rare flowers are, so perhaps paper copies of these orchids on the window sill is a good affair, hehe... ----Arne----
B.J and I are glad to see you added also number five to your orchid collection! We appreciate your nice words. We also want to tell you that we discovered a mysterious black spot on a petal on picture # 4 so I will resubmit a cleaner one tomorrow and we hope you will vote and perhaps comment it again. (..sorry for that..) Thank you, Morwyn !
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
Hi there! Thanks for the comment on "Killdeer". I sat for an hour and the female came close (100ft) while the male was more distant. They are quite tough to get close to.
Thanks for the nice comment on -All orchids-I am glad you like it.The most of my flower images in side are taken in the big flower shop-garden from my friend. Thanks for all the support, much appreciated,Morwyn.
Morwyn, thank you for your compliment and request for more from my postings entilted 80k , 80k -3 and 80k -4. The response has been most-favourable and I will post a few more. Please stay tuned!
Hi Morwyn, nice to hear from you on "A Happy Design"! So sorry you have an allergy! It must be seasonal, which is more easily managed, right? Nice to hear from you! Sincerely, Marilyn
Boy! I Am behind in my corespondence again. This is a double thank you for your support for my Rifle Falls and my Bristlecone Pine tree in the Fog images. Both of these images are exterme ends of personal feelings. The falls display a powerfull feeling while the Bristlecone Pine Tree evokes a feeling of peace and harmony. Thanks for looking again.

Thank you for our input about my Candy Dish image. I was concernred about the chair. My eye seems to be drawn towrd it, even though I darkened it down. Maybe it's because I put it there. If you find that is is not distracting then it is good enough for me.

Hey! You now have an icon. Great!! Now everyone can reconize your inputs quicker. Thank you for your input on my new still life Tea Time. My wife Annie and I picked up the Tea Break habit while we were in England. Although we are BIG coffee dinkers there is something magical abut tea in the afternoon. What a way to relax and let all pressure go. Thanks again Morwyn, you have become one of my special commenters.

Hi Morwyn. I haven't had much time lately to comment on pictures or thank people for leaving comments on mine. Thanks for your comments on "Energized" and all the others you've commented on but I've not thanked you for. So pleased you enjoy them. I presenting at technology conferences for the next few days. Just stopped by the airport to pick up some NASA folks who are presenting with me. Have a great day.
Thanks on behalf of BJ and I for the nice comment on the Tree Mallow shot. Perhaps BJ was right. "I call it Mellow Mallow" might not have been the best title! Steve

Non-Tulips is another shop window still life that caught my eye. I thought they were real until I looked at the image on the computer. Thank you for supporting this image with your nice comments. I'm glad that you viewed it.

Thanks for your kind and encouraging words on Artefacts for Sale and Unimaginative CG, Morwyn. Very much appreciated and I'm really happy that you enjoyed the images. :)
Good morning Morwyn
Many thanks for your comments on "Tip of the plant", and am pleased that you enjoy it. Great though the view was from the top of Wild Horse Mountain, the plant life at the side of the path was far more interesting. One day, with a camera that will let me get that close <holding finger tips almost together>...
Enjoy your day

Morwyn, thank you for your comments on my postings Chain on Stone 1 and it's companion Chain on Stone 2. It is a departure work from what I normally post on this site. Just changing it up a bit. ;)
Pussy Willow was an unplanned shot that turned out nice with the subject being backlit and the background shadows turning dark with the fill flash. Thanks Morwyn for viewing and commenting on this image. I'm glad that you like it.
Russ
Hi Morwyn.. thankyou for your lovely comment on Spring For Arne... im very glad you liked it.. and the orchids certainly put the finishing touches to it...
Good morning Morwyn
Many thanks for visiting "Home before sunrise" and your favourable comments. Am glad that you have enjoyed it. As you may have guessed from the title, I live in one of those houses. My wife and I have watched it go from vacant blocks to suburbia - eventually, those hills behind us will go under suburbia, which will be sad.
Romane
Hi Morwyn, thank you for commenting on "A New Snow". You probably were in that storm. You are only about one half hour from Lansing! Ha! I really appreciate it! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Morwyn, my you, like the others have been so supportive and I thank you very much. I am trying hard for outdoor shots, but this time of yr. they are so void of color. Soon, though, the trees will be adorned with leaves, and that natural magnificent spectrum of color will return. Sincerely, Marilyn
Pussy Willow 4 shows some of the furry buds just emerging. I love this series of photos And this second photo shoot came out as nice as the first. Thanks for viewing and supporting this image with your nice comments. I'm glad to provide my friends at Caedes with these images.
Russ
Thank you. You are, as always very kind with your words and always the first viewer! This is a departure for me as I do not like to add textures and enhancements to my images. Maybe, if this is accepted I may atempt a few more but Iwill have to do a wait and see program.

Hi there. Again, I thank you for your fantastic support. This time on "Killdeer-Framed." You are appreciated and it's good to see you around so much and posting now too. ;)
River Walk 4 was taken a few days ago. Signs of Spring are showing up all over town. Macon's River Walk is a development in progress. The early stages have turned out nice and I'm looking forward to seeing the completed trails and parks. Thanks Morwyn for the nice comments on this image.
