Hello Nicholas, Thanks for taking a look @ "Satans Stare". I appreciate your comments. I use photoshop 7 to create/alter my images. This image was a high res pic that I drastically changed in photoshop. I bow to the photoshop god :-) Thanks again.
Hi Nicholas...welcome to Caedes. You gave me the best compliment possible on Sherwood Forest and I would be delighted as falls draws closer to try and redo it in Autumnal hues and re-upload it. Thank you so much :)
As crazy as it may sound Autumn is my favourite time of year. Dry, getting cool etc and of course out come the big coats and warm jumpers. Im lucky where I come from as there are alot of well established forests in a mixture of tree types. There is one place special. In Oct this year I will be journeying up there and I think when you see some of up photo uploads you will recognise why I like Sherwood Forest so much. Keep me posted on your views on my gallery. Your abstract pieces are dazzeling however I would not have the first clue where to start.
You are wise beyond your tender years looking at some of your thread entries. You are great at " devouring information." These as well as your problem resolving skills will be valuable throughout your life. Live well, love well and be good to yourself.
hi Nicholas, i watched two pictures of Red Place.... the green one and the normal picture. I preferred the normal but the green one is very interesting...The color is similar to that which one uses to see the night with a lens special... It's very interesting view!
Hi there Nicholas...thanks so much for your complimentary review and high marks on A Picturesque Picnic...very much appreciated and glad to know you enjoyed it...much credit goes to a friend here for bringing out those colors...tks again.:Pat.
Thanks for your words on Shell Point Critter! It took about 45-60 minutes to make, it was fairly simple, but when it came to working on the edges I always messed up, gave a couple of curses and started working on it again. Also, modesty and confidence are strong in me. :)
Thank you so very much for the wonderful comments about my image of the Tower Bridge. I believe that you are correct about the hotel's name. I have always been in love with this bridge's architecture. When I arrive in London the very first thing that I done was to drop my bags at my room and immediately went out to photograph the bridge. I am truly humbled by your comment as you a resident of England and have access to this great bridge any time. Please forgive my late reply as I have been on Holiday.

Thank you for your comment on Meet Millie #2. Yes, she can sometimes be quite the troublemaker. If I leave any piece of clothing on the ground, she will chew it to bits. I learned that when she destroyed my favourite hat.
thank you very much for your comment on "coherent" it is much appriciated. And what an interesting story that Hippy told you. i would have never explained it that way but when you think about it, they really do taste that way. lol anyways as i said thank you very much.
Please check out these Shaolin bad boys and let me know which you prefer and why?

Hey Nik :D
Thanks for the comment on my self titled *PrettyFae*...I'm glad you liked it!
Hehe, I agree, I'm definately not a *pretty in pink* kinda girl :P ...I do tend to be more for the dark side of things ;]..
Anyways....thanks again and best wishes!
Hello Nik, Thanks a lot for stopping by "CLassic", I apreciate your comments and your point of view, thanks a lot. Take care and have a great day!!!
My Gallery
hey thanx for checking out my site, i like to blog a little in my free time lol and im taking a computer graphics so most of the stuff i do in there i post in Caedes. :)
My reply on the RW : "That would be great Nik =) Really, all I used was a very basic freeware program called Irfanview. It can be used for the simplist photo enhancements but it's very effective. This was also to prove you can get good results without having to have the best software available (although I wouldn't mind having CS2 myself ;-) Glad you all like it and Nik, I hope to see more of your stuff soon."
Hey Nik :d
Thanks for your message of congrats...lovely to hear from you!
Lol, in a cave? well...knowing me I might be :P
See you around
Best wishes :]
"Thanks, all, for the comments, and yes, all, I disagree. :-)
In my opinion, the subject is the sun, which makes the framing interesting. If you don't recognize the sun as a subject, I understand why the framing may seem pointless. As for the blurriness, I put it there. The original shot was in focus, but I wanted a soft feel, especially far away from the sun. The sun is fairly in focus while the rest just gets blurrier and blurrier. I played with the color filters a good deal and liked this the best because the grey needs to be grey, and if I change the color pallette, who wants a purple sun?
Thanks again, I will consider the masses when designing my next upload. :-)"
hello my friend thanks a lot for your nice and " Wicked" coments on "the joy of childhood", and "guess who is"...very nice from you. im glad u like them..keep on touch...

All the best,
Hi there, Im so sorry its taken me so long to make a comment about YOUR comment on my photo called "Ocean Cloud FLuff" I love how you explained why it is that that type of cloud happens . I've never really known why it does that. It was just magical when I looked over alongside the hiway as I was up on Neakhanie Mountain and saw this. I have lived here 25 yrs and have NEVER seen this type of thing. IT was truly awe inspiring, Thank you so very very much for your nice words...verena

"Pure form energy" ... kicks some serious butt in my Mike Oldfield lovin' world.
I need to make some time and get back to your galleries.
Good to see you around. Maybe we can get that anti-combover movement up and running. Hmm, methinks this may take some strategizing over a couple of nice cold ones and of course, some appropriate music. Your choice, maestro.
I am glad you were brave enough to visit sunset in the mountains. Yes I must admit it was freezing cold. There weren't many people just standing and taking photos. My fingers were stiff after a couple of minutes. But it was worth it. Thank you for your nice feedback.
Hey Nik :D
Who said it was me in the pic? :P Hehe, thanks for visiting *Shallow vs Deep*, I'm pleased you liked it!
And don't worry about being out of touch - we're all v.busy these days...me included V_V
Ahh well...holidays soon for me :]
Anyways...I'm cool atm, you?
Best wishes,
Greetings from furry muskrat! It must have been very busy and hungry, it didn't notice me wearing my green outfit so I could get as close as 2 meters to take some shots. Glad you liked the capture. It was great fun to watch it moving around undisturbed.

Need some suggestions for some new beats. Let me know when you get the chance. Already have some Aphex ... but ... can't be the right tunage ... so, list away.

Lol ... well 'holy smokes' must have been what the site's filters must have inserted, for my original words in my commentary on your piece; ML3 - Dextral Periphary.
I can assure you that the 'impact' was much more profound than that. ;o)

Nice to see you Nicholas among ones who responded to "mating season". Your feedback is much appreciated. I suppose shameless beetles will never advance to the permanent gallery... What a waste for future generations...and biology teachers, lol.
Hey Nik :]
Thanks for being there for me hon :) Hey and everything *is* alright now :D
Although I couldn't have recovered so quickly without guys like you, so thanks again :]
Some times ... some times, it pays to keep 'your cards close to your vest.' ;o) Stay tuned for more offerings ... now, if only there were more than 24 hours eh?
Dear Nicholas,
You put a big smile on my face with that lovely comment you left in Polish:
"Mają nadzieję wasz dobry ? Mają nadzieję pogoda jest dobra dla was w Polska (polski) oh i nawiasem mówiąc kocham waszą fotografię. Zatrzymują (pozostawać) bezpieczny (kasa ogniotrwała) i dobrze". I appreciate your effort to work with Polish-English dictionary.
In particular you gave me a big chuckle with "kasa ogniotrwała". Indeed safe in English has two different meanings: one - not dangerous (bezpieczny) and the second -safe box. Keep trying, lol.
"Hello mój lovely co ma wy jest do niedawno. Ma wy jest zajęty?"
I guess you meant: hello moja lovely, jak się miewasz ostatnio? Jesteś zajęta?
In fact I am quite busy at work, which hardly leaves me some spare time for my hobbies... But I try to find a few minutes for my Caedes addiction, he, he, he.
And how are you my friend?
I don't think Cracow is such a good idea at the moment, today I heard there were still some thick fogs and all flight have been cancelled or delayed for several hours... You better follow the weather reports.
I'm really very busy these day's and music is something I have always loved over art.
You can get in touch with me at( madeley_1979@msn.com ) or (nicholas.james.thomas@hotmail.co.uk or ( http://www.myspace.com/nikoli1979 ). All of my very dear friends keep well and safe. I will be back when I have time spare. Love Nick. NiK to my friends here at Caedes.
Geri : might be helpfull if you let people know who want to fucking contribute to you site alternative ways to pay apart from fucking paypal etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
