Thank you for the comment on "Vancouver Groundcone". That looks very similar and is likely a parasite to:-) You have many nice pictures that would look nice as desktops;-)
Thank you for your kind and encouraging comments on Flowers for Algernon. You have just made my day very special with such a compliment. Very much appreciated and I'm so happy that you enjoyed the image. :)
Hello Platypus. About your question at "For You" considering the sepal’s proximity to the stem I would expect them to show a similar level of sharpness. I wanted to blur everything except the blossom, so I guess it was an aesthetic choice. Thanks for asking.
Yep, you are right about "Distant Cliffs", it sure wasn't Minnesota. This place is flat... Anyways, I took that one along with many others previosuly posted in Colorado on a Family V-kay. At the time, I was on a solo hike about 5 miles with just me, my cd player, and my camera. Come to think of it, I should have taken a picture of my feet, they had about 4 inches of mud on them. :-)
Thanks for your comment on Pheonix.. Glad you like it.. The more I play with that program, the more I learn.. It is much more versital than I ever thought it could be..
thank you so much for leaving such a detailed comment on "Bridge to Mainz", much appreciated. You are right with your suggestion and I have to admit that I wasn't really happy with that shot. I took many others from different angles where you can see the steel workunderneath the bridge much better. Your suggestions on how to improve are always welcome and I really appreciate your time and words. And now I will try to improve this pic as you suggested, let's wait and see what happens as I'm not the most talented guy with PS.
Hehe...Your comments on Apparitions, were quite humorous...But one thing, she wasn't walking on the snow in those heels...but rather...smoothly gliding above it...and OH! What a smooth glider she is! Dave
Greetings. . Thanks for visting and appreciation of my "Gammon Head & Gorse" It is a heavenly place. . . and well done on getting what a grockle is. . All the best Amida
Thanks heaps for the detailed comment on fungi, they are great mushrooms (even if they are highly poisonous). As for the cropping, i tried a few different crops - and i prefer it the way it is (but thats just stubborn old me)
