Hi Drew...thanks a lot for the nice comments on The Appearance of Autumn...glad you liked it...hope you can get yourself a camera sometime...it's lots of fun...tks again...appreciate your visit.:Pat.
Thank you very much for your positive feedback on the "early October". I am glad you liked it. If you like nature scenes I strongly encourage you to take a closer look at my gallery. Perhaps you will find there something of interest. Stay tuned
Hi Drew, thanks so much for your nice comment on my "Frankfurter Schwan". Maybe you're right with the birds gallery.... I didn't even notice that it exists ;-))
Hi Drew, thanx for the encouraging words concerning " Art Class ". I'm really glad you liked it. When I did it I liked it but it was real grainy, so I threw it in Photo Shop & under Noise---Despeckle....that's how it came out, all metallic looking. I was stunned to say the least. Good luck with Apophysis...
Lauren
Hi Drew, many thanks to you for stopping by to view "Autumn Splendor"! I really appreciate it and hope you stop by for another visit! I would like that! Sincerely, Marilyn
For from of old no one has heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who works and shows Himself active on behalf of him who earnestly waits for Him. Isaiah 64:4
I am glad you dropped me a line on "under the golden tree". It is good to know that my works are interesting and worth a visit. Soon I will upload more shots taken in the same place. Stay tuned.
Hi Drew, many thanks for stopping by to view "Trimmed In Red"! In answer to your question, no, the colors were not enhanced in fact I do not have these special skills. I hope to learn them someday! I do think that more blue sky for contrast would have been nice! Thanks again Drew! Please stop by again! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Drew. Thanks for your comments on "Carnival". Now that you mention it, I should have zoomed in tighter and got rid of some of the dead space. Thanks again and have a great day.
Hi Drew...thanks a lot for dropping by on Secrets of the Swamp and leaving your nice comments...glad you enjoyed it...frankly, I am not really sure if it is technically a swamp...I just think of it that way...it's probably more of a pond but I call it a swamp because there is a lot of wet land beyond the pond...anyhow, I appreciate your visit.:Pat.
Hello Drew! I just wanted to thank you very much for your comment on Kingdom In The Sky. It is very much appreciated and hope to see you around Caedes more often! ;)
Thanks so much for commenting on my work in progress.
And welcome to the site ... I am a relatively new member as well. I think you will really enjoy your time spent here, I know I have and now, I am curious as to what kind of imagery you are into ... so, off to have a look ... later ...
Drew, thanks for commenting on "Crossings". It was taken in Febuary of 2005. Sometimes I get excited about recent stuff or entirely sick of posting, so my pictures get buried. When I am neither, I take a second look at them. I am glad you liked it! :-)
Hi Drew, my what nice and encouraging words you left for me to enjoy! Thanks for stopping by to view "Citrus Autumn"! Very uplifting well chosen words I must say and I thank you very much! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Drew, many thanks to you and this time for viewing "Twins of Fire"! I so much appreciate your time given to my gallery! Be certain to revisit, OK?! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Drew,
nice to read your words on Life in my hand.
I really appreciate it when people respond to these kind of images.
This is the kind of work that I like to create most of all, even though it is not always receiving the best of crittics.
So, thanks a lot!
Paul
Thanks for the comment on "Serpentine", I really appreciate it The thing is about making it brighter, I really liked the gradient, in that it did remind me of the colors of snakeskin. Besides that I tried increasing the brightnesss, but it looked too washed out, you know, lots of glare, not a good look. Still, I'm glad you enjoyed it...=]
Ummmm yep its a kangaroo.. thats why it's got roo in the title... LMAO....... Thanks Drew for your comment on Evil Roo... im glad you enjoyed it... its just a fun image i made for Halloween...
Drew - thanks for the post on my Spartan Woods - if you check out the works of the many very talented black & white nature photographers like Clyde Butcher, Benjamin Hess, Neil Folberg & Jeff Ripple I might be able to persuade you on the merits of monochromatic nature shots.
Hi, Drew...please forgive me for not expressing my gratitude sooner for all of your comments on my images! I'm way behind on thank yous, but, please know that your comments are much appreciated! THANKS so much! Wen
Thank you for your support and kind words on "Yet again I found myself pondering". Im glad you liked it. It just goes to show when you post subject material that raises a few eyebrows how many views and thoughts become apparent. Take it easy, rmember stay safe & well. Nik ;-)
P.S. Icon is cool if somewhat disturbing, coming from me that is rich.
Drew, thanks for commenting on "The Shrine". As for your guess, well...as specific as you are, you might have just said "something shiney". Be specific!
Hi Drew, there's a program called Irfanview that does the same stuff basically as PS & it's freeware. Alot of people on the site also use Photofilter, but I don't know if that's free or not.
Lauren
Hey Drew, Thanks for the comments on "Space Warp". Just keep playing with Apophysis and learn to run the scripts and play with the triangles. You've got a good eye so I expect to see some awesome flames from you in the future.
Hey Drew! Thanks for your comment on A Man of God. I agree, the edges on it were a bit sharp from resizing distortion, I'm trying to find a way to fix it but thanks again. ;)
