You really made my night. I'm so glad you took time to view "Fresh Start" and leave such great compliments. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend. :) Sarah
Hello Anastasia, my thanks to you for viewing "Iris Angle"! It all brings me great pleasure when I see you on my page! I always appreciate your thoughts and comments very much, and will look forward to your next visit! Thank you Anastatia! Sincerely, Marilyn
I have no idea what that sunken "Buried House" is. I wasn't bold enough to walk right up and peek in the windows, although there wasn't anyone around and I probably could have. Husbands can be rather impatient with camera wielding wives...Thanks for looking. anne :-)
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
Hi Anastasia. I so appreciate your kind words on "Embroidery Art". It is a beautiful piece and much more striking than this photo allows. Thanks for your very kind words. Anita
Hi Anastasia, thanks for your comments on "knock three times" - I didn't really take much notice of the pipe as they are on every building more or less lol! but I agree it needs taking out - it certainly wasn't there in the 14th century. lol! :) Patti
Thanks for stopping by Anastasia. Glad you enjoyed "Lotus". I know what you mean about saving those beautiful pictures. After a while you just get so many that you couln't possibly look through them all. I have to be picky as well.
olá Ana, my gratefulness for the commentary my capture beauty, I promise that the next image also will be pretty and of the same local, I wait either of your affability. pride
Anastasia, I'm honored that you chose to put Crystal Dog on your desktop and you can do that however you want. Thanks for the high compliment of enjoying it! - Patty
Thank you so much for your very kind comments on my photo, "The Cullins, Isle of Skye." Just to let you know about the undesirables, it was a couple of posts along the highway.
As for moving there, if I could attend Clemson Univ. football and baseball games over there, I would move to Scotland in a heartbeat. It is definitely my favorite country to visit - the mountains, the climate, the people, the culture, the history. If you and your husband get a home over there, please let me come visit. :-)
anastasia, thanks for the kind comments you left about my work 'splash'. it was taken about 10-20 ft downstream from where 'rock ledge' was shot, and in 'a most relaxing view' the formation appears mid-frame. as for where i was standing..i was perched on a dryish rock just out past the bank

I could wile away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain
And my head I'd be scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain
Hello again Anastasia, and thank you for adding your perspective to 'Blushing Peach -rework'. I too, cannot decide on which image is most appealing....lol Regardless, I appreciate your comments, it means a lot :)

Oodles of thanks for slippin' by and have a refreshing Lemon Orange Mango Delight cocktail with me!! It's yummy & I'm sure glad ya liked it...here have another!!
Thanks for the cropping idea..I'd already cropped the image about 20% or so but I'll re-check it. The orange was really the subject at hand with the tonalities and light play and I didn't want to take to much of that away. 8~)
Hangin' Out with you sure is great!! You're lotsa fun and leave such wonderful comments...thanks!!
I'll re-check the contrast...these baby's were a real pale, ashen white so they really didn't "stand-out" so to speak...kind of a dirty ivory color, if you will. But I'll sure re-check the image. Cheers and thanks for the honest input!! It's much appreciated!!
Hey Anastasia, Thanks for the comment on "Vineyard-1" About 2 hours after I shot this, we had a really cool thunderstorm hit. The only rain since the 1st part of May. It's very common to see the storms to the east of us and normally we don't get any rain from them. They just seem to fall apart before they get to us, so it's always a pleasure to get a little summertime rain.

Thank you Anastasia for commenting on "Orb". My problam with the strecthed look was because when I started the project the page was sguare. So when I made it 1600x1200 it stretched. Opps. It still looked alright to me and I didn't want to start over. Thanks for the encouragement.

Photography is a competition...who has the most expensive camera, most expensive photo editor doesn't matter; what matters is the creativity of the person pushing the buttons.
Thanks for leaving some comments on "Noble Trumpeters," it's much appreciated.. and crop away those bars to your heart's content. (I get a little black-bar happy sometimes, but that's my way of focusing attention when standard aspect ratios aren't the ticket.) Cheers
Thanks for visiting my "Lake Powell - Slot Canyon." We spent the night ancored in this little canyon. It was probably 50-60 only feet across but further up the canyon there was a waterfall that we hiked up to. It was certainly a nice little spot to hide from the sun for a bit.
Thanks for visitin "My Car and Driver" Anastasia. The camel wasn't mean, it was just a 'bumpy' ride if you get my drift :) Thanks for your kind words. Anita
Thanks for commenting "sparking gloom". well I had some sinister feeling in mind when working with especially the lower parts and the whole image but also some kind of hope. I mean all the objects, texts etc are dark but behind them you see that gleaming green light. Like being lost in a forest and then you see some streetlights or something like that .. but maybe thet shade of green is rather spooky :P
Thanks for commenting on my Pilgrim Glass and Black Pearl. I am trying very hard to become a master of photoshop and your comments feed my need to keep going and growing.
So very sweet of you to comment on 'Evening Calls' Anastasia... You would be in 'Pebble Heaven' over here! we have dozens of beaches with every kind of stones there is?.....My good lady wife Ann, collects the unusual ones for her garden, and arranges them to make it look good!...........thank you and much appreciated.............Bob
Thank you ever so much for your support of my images. I look forward to your wonderful comments and appreciate each and every one of them. I'm glad you enjoyed Blue Dragonfly.
Your great words of appraisal on "dark territory" brought me so much pleasure. So glad you liked the outcome of my work on forest creek. I was afraid harsh light would spoil the atmosphere of this magical and dreamy place of vivid greenery.
I hope you will be with me the next time I upload some fresh shots. Stay tuned
Ewa
Ah, thank you kindly anastasia for your wonderful compliments on "Once Upon a Time". I'm really delighted that I've grabbed your attention as well as your admiration. Your comments have touched my heart. They are very much appreciated. Have a wonderful day! :) Sarah
Hello Anastasia! Glad you enjoyed "30B West Main". The whole town is a bit of an anachronism and thoroughly enjoyable. People still have time to chat and you can always find parking.
Hello Anastasia, I am so happy about your comments on my "Amber". I did not try to do a fractual, all of this was done using Photoshop. Thanks again, and I hope you don't mind, I added you as a friend.
Thanks for your complimentary comments on my attempt at computer art "Frigid Supernova." I felt it seemed elementary compared to some I've seen on here. Your comments lifted my spirits.
Joshua Tree posts.- Glad you liked them, Anastasia. Didn't have anything new and was playing around in my last trip, files.
It's a great park, and never pass it up on a California trip.
Anastasia, your comments on "Final Instructions" are GREATLY appreciated. I didn't intend the effect, but there are trees everywhere down town. It's actually hard to get a shot without one in the image. Thank you again. Maurice

Hi Anastasia, how very kind, generous and complimentary you were while visiting my "Painted View"! You said many nice things and I thank you! I am always inpressed with any tips people might think I would find helpful! You were so gentle in your suggestion that the original image may have been more pleasing and I will post it soon! I do think it is kind of a gamble when us beginners try new things! Then when we post them, we sometimes get a little weak in the knees! I am teasing of course! Many thanks to you for your visit my dear and I will look forward to another visit, as I would enjoy that very much! Your comments are always a delight to enjoy! Sincerely, Marilyn

Hi there Anastasia ! Thanks so much for your great comments on Distant Suns. I really appreciated you taking the time to look & most especially I appreciated your comments !

Anastasia,
Many thanks for your support and participation in the Gator Drama series. I hope you had as much fun as I did. Your comments kept me thinking and planning as we went. Many aspects of the drama were true. It was a dangerous place to be. There is a narrow gravel road around the lake and gators will come up on it to “greet” you. The marsh hens really did give me a scare and the gator really did get much too close to me. Thks again for all the fun your comments provided.
Pat
Anastasia, thanks for your observations about Country Church. I happen to agree with you. To tell you the truth, there were several telephone or electrical lines across the sky to the buildings which I cloned out. It hadn't occurred to me to take out that section on the back of the building. I had the very same impressions you did. I appreciate your input. anne :-)

Dear Ansatasia, Belated but very sincere thanks for your lovely comments on my 'North Yorkshire Moor - Sheepwash' image. I'm glad you've spent a little time walking on the Moors, and can therefore share with me what an exilarating experience it can be. I do hope you make it back there one day - but please wait until the area is all lush and green again in the autumn. My thanks again for leaving me such a cheery message.
I love this site and everyone I've met has stimulated my artistic side in some way or another. I am embarrassed to say this, but I guess I've missed this message portion of Caedes all this time, as I have just spent the last hour and a half reading over all the kind comments and thanks from ppl to whom I have left posts on their uploads. I usually drop a personal message when ppl comment on mine, but I suppose this is a better way to do it. So my apologies to all...I'll endeavor to do a better job in the future. Every time I turn around on here, there is yet something more to explore, so I want to thank each and every one of you for all your kind comments and the time you take to look at our posts and leave a line or two. I'm sure enjoying my photographic side much more now that I've found this site and all the wonderful ppl on it :)PJ
I am glad that you hopped by to watch the "hairy butterfly". I have recently discovered a real pleasure of chasing butterflies and soon going for holiday to the mountains where 1600 different kinds are reported. Stay tuned
Any suggestions as to the two legs missing? ;D
Ewa
I'm glad you liked Majestic Monarchy. I appreciate your encouragement concerning the centering question. She just was a big hog about the center :) It's always fun to post a butterfly capture when it's possible. :)PJ
Anastasia - Thank for your positive comments on Eye of the Grasshopper. I am glad you liked looking at him .. I find myself doing that too .. He is just so other worldly ... in a completely alien sense.
Hey, nice to hear u looked at my squirrel/chipmunk photo. I never knew they were for sale...anywhere in the world. Also, u said u did something with changing the colors. I just changed the hue/saturation selection thing, but there are better ways that i dont know how to do. (i use photoshop) Thanks again for looking at it.
Hi Anastasia! Thanks for stopping by "Wedding Invitation" and taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it! I'm trying to redo it in another color, and it just doesn't look right yet. I'm going to have to keep at it =)
Hi Anastasia, I believe you may be the only one who will download "Not a Happy Camper" LOL. I'm just so glad that my dogs head was too large to fit in there or it could have gotten ugly I'm afraid. Thanks for commenting- Eileen
Thanks to all who comment on pictures in my gallery. Please accept my apologies if I am unable to thank you each time, and please don't feel obligated to thank me for my comments.
Hi Anastasia, I appreciate you stopping by "Scream" & also thanks for your encouraging words on my fractals. Means alot to me ... I am still learning & boy there is alot to learn with Apophysis. Thanks once again ... glad you enjoyed it. Sherree
Good morning to you Anastasia, WOW ! what a great informative comment you gave me on The Dream, hast to be one of the best i have ever received, and i thank you so much for taking the time, just wonderful. Best wishes Anastasia to your and yours, Dwight.

Hi Anastasia, I appreciate your encouraging words on "Genie In A Lamp". It pleases me you have an interest in my work ... hopefully someday I will find my own unique style in fractals. Thanks again, Sherree
Thankyou SO much for stopping by "Arctic Night." I agree, I was quite pleased that it turned out so 'realistic' looking :D. Your comment is greatly appreciated!
Ephesians 2: 8 & 9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if all it took was good works to get to heaven? And if you had to earn salvation it wouldn't be a gift, it would be a wage. Questions about Jesus? Send me a personal message.
HI Anatasia thanks for your kind words on "The Creamy Center " I uploaded what the site can handle 1600x1200 they do not have a high res format sorry. Guess you'll just have to suffer. :-)
