Thank you Ruby for your comments and support of my image. I'm glad that you enjoyed my Tarnished Rose photo. The beer sign image that I tried to submit was blocked for what I assume was political correctness so I submitted this as a replacement.

But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.

Hello Ruby! Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Baskets photo. I'm glad that you enjoyed it. Those baskets were the only thing in the room and they were sitting in the sunlight just begging to be photographed.

Thanks, Ruby. Rudolph is a harsh critic when it comes to photography, knowing that you belive he would be proud of "Reindeer or Regular Deer" makes me feel like I accomplished something. Now if I could only make Prancer happy, my life would be complete. :)

Thank you Ruby for viewing my Mystery image and posting a comment. Your right that it's ink in water. The secret is that it is India ink dropped into a fish tank filled with water with the lighting on the background paper. The image was in B&W and was scanned into Photoshop, rotated 180 degrees, given a sandstone texture and added some color.
