Hi Kate...thanks so much for dropping around to admire the hairstyles of the 1920's in Little Women 2...they were pretty unusual weren't they, lol...but when you think about it, we have some odd ones around now too, but not usually seen on the average person...I think they had some pretty strange contraptions back then to do their hair from pictures I've seen...well, thanks again...always appreciate hearing from you.:Pat.

Thank you Kate for the nice comment you left on "Estação de S. Bento". I´m glad you like it. This is another scanned old 35mm colour slide, and because scan often denatures colour and detail, a little bit of sharpening and colour balance were applied in Photoshop.
Cheers.
António.
Hi Kate, Thanks for your intriguing comments on "Up to No Good"! Meerkats are smart animals and do display many human qualities :D
Your comments are always appreciated!

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
thank you for leaving me a comment on one of my latest uploads.
"Natural Aperture" and "Golden Field" were both taken yesterday evening when I went out on my bike and took the camera with me. Sunsets seem to have something special, they are never boring to me even though I have already watched hundreds of them. This one was one of the nicest sort with very impressive clouds and colors.
Thanks for stopping by and telling me your thoughts about it...
Bernd
thank you for commenting on my latest uploads which are "Golden Field II" and "Last Train To Sparksville". I am glad you liked them both even though they are very different in style.
Hi Kate, I am playing 'catch up' with all my comments and responses to everyone, so here's just a quick but very much appreciated thank you for the nice comments on Gypsy...always good to hear your thoughts and suggestions.:Pat
Hi Kate. Thank you very much for the nice comment on "Apron Liliy". While walking in the botanical gardens I viewed so many different varieties of exotic flowers. It was very hard to choose a lovely flower to upload. This one reminded me of my mother in the kitchen when I was a young boy. She loved flowery dresses and aprons.
Hi Kate, thanks alot for the positive feedback on yet another of my experiments, Wingdings...glad it caught your eye and as always appreciate your visit and thoughts...have a great week.:Pat.
So glad you came by Sunny Faces Kate. I've been gone so long and am soo very far behind but am looking fast. There is so much beauty out here to see. Thanks for your very kind words. I'll be caught up soon. Anita
Thanks for commenting on my Basketful of Sweet Peppers. I'm so glad you liked how shiny they were. They looked just like that and the pic came out better than I could have expected :)PJ
And thanks for visiting Cheery Chokecherries. I guess it reminded me of my childhood, so much so that I wasn't about to get all puckered up again ..lol :)PJ
Thanks for the comments on Tenacious Tendril...I'm glad it's not my woodpile to take care of, but I'm glad someone else didn't get around to trying to get the darned thing off yet :)PJ

Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.....
I'm glad you saw Wren's Song. Pat spotted it, not me, but I got the honor of snapping it and playing around in photoshop with the background. I love the colors and the edges also. We have a guy in town who plants his flower garden in a spot where everyone can enjoy them, and he also adds the names of them, which I really enjoy :))PJ
Kate, many thanks for your participation and sentiments left on Don't Take Your Love Away, for Terri...it is much appreciated and let's hope we succeed in wooing her to come back to us...til then, her big heart and super sense of humor will be greatly missed.:Pat.
