"Once you have heard the lark, known the swish of feet through hill-top grass and smelt the earth made ready for the seed, you are never again going to be fully happy about the cities and towns that man carries like a crippling weight upon his back."
- Gwyn Thomas
Hey Lucky! Glad to see that you liked Time Out as much as I enjoyed shooting it. It was a rainy morning, and I abandoned my ever-paatient wife to go out in the city to shoot some rain-photos. That's why it looks so soft in the image. And yes, it is a nice spot :-)

A monk asked, “The mountains, the rivers, and the great earth-from where did all of these things come forth?”
Tiantai said, “From where did this question come forth?”

I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
Hey Lucky. I'm glad you took the time to drop in and comment on my photo, "Paved With Good Intentions". I know we're supposed to be in this for the art, not the recognition, but I'm new at it, and it's all still so novel to me that I'm flaterred. Thanks.
