High Earleen. I know wat you mean about clarity however I expect people to look at it 1600 x 1200 for best effect. So much so that they go down to a digi printers with the pic on CD and get it printed off so they post it in their house. LOL LOL only kiddin. It does however need to be looked at at a higher res to soften it up a bit. But it's just a point of reference for my pals. Thanks for your post none the less. Stay safe and well. NiK x.
Hi Earleen ~

Thanks for your comments on 'sweet alyssum' and 'red and yellow'. I wrote Jas a similar statement today. Sometimes the simplest photo can bring back memories from many years ago. Finding Caedes has led to a great adventure and a lot of enjoyment.
Thanks for your comments on '...soft shoe...'. Still chuckling on the zebra pant suit image. I, of course, was not paying close attention, but the conductor was explaining these are a different variety of zebra, chocolate in color and the stripes do not extend onto the belly. Still takes a great picture, I think.
Thanks so much Earleen for your kind & gracious comments on Joyous Abandon. I really appreciated you dropping by hon ! And thanks double for the 10 in the Booth, you really made my day !

A number who commented asked for more pics or asked about the powered parachute. I decided to take the easy road make a quick web page and send the link to y'all.
Here is the link, if you are inclined to be curious. Click Here
Thanks for commenting on 'Gotta Find a Woman'. The title is a spoken phrase from a song called 'Troglodyte' by the Jimmy Castor Bunch c. 1972. The 'neck thing' opens and closes like a paper fan. I had to find a calm one to get close enough with the macro lens.
Thanks much Earleen for stopping by my pad and checking out my very so humble abode I appreciate the kindness, its the Southern Hospitality I appreciate :D

Hi Earleen ... Just wanted to drop by & thank you for your recent comments on Demon Lover. I'm so glad you stopped to look & even happier that you liked it.

Thanks for commenting on 'Georgia Snow.' I told Jimbob that I would have to convince my neighbors to get a1958 Edsel so next it snows they will have the appropriate car for the shot :)
Thanks again!
Thanks Earleen for helping a newbee to get started on Caedes. The azaleas in the backyard bush shot are the Formosa variety and seem to have very vibrant color this year. Joe
I have seen your gallery many times and your work is just amazing. I am so honored you took the time to stop by and comment on "Back to Nature". Thank you so very much for your kind words and I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Thank you for the comment on Returned Home- I chose the title thinking positively- but you are right- my Uncle was in the Marine Corps for thirty five years- a lot of that time was spent at Lejune- his favorite post and it felt like he was gone more than he was home- one of the sacrifices.
Thank you so much Earleen for the very kind comment you left me on "The Forest Mere". Greatly appreciated! There was two storms in the autumn, the year before I shot this photo. A lot of trees where broken and falling in those storms. There where no people harmed though, for wich we are all grateful.
Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I could, I would give you an award. But alas, I cannot. So the highest praise I can award you with, is faving your artwork. Bene lava!!
Thank you for your kind words on my Botanical Gardens picture. I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
I was hoping to get down to North Carolina on this trip, but didn't get to. I wanted to go to Speedy's BBQ in Lexington. My family lives in the Robbins area. Are you familiar with that area?

Victorian Bushfire 2: Thanks, Earleen, for your good wishes. It has been a rough time for the whole state. It may take many years to recover and learn how to live in harmony with our dry landscape. The liekelihood is that it will get much worse as the climate warms before it gets better.

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . .
