Thank you for the post on Wolf Creek Pass. Wolf Creek is in SouthWest Colorado, near Pagosa Springs. Great Skiing and great snow. Our Husky loves the snow - the more, the better.
Thanks for posting a comment on "Digging...? Us...?" - they are cute dogs but they do take a lot of looking after! Getting up at six o'clock in the morning to exercise them before going to work isn't a lot of fun at this time of year, and it gets worse as the mornings get darker. They're worth it to me, but you've got to be really sure you can make that sort of commitment - your parents might just be right on this one ;-)
Welcome to Caedes lonerboi! Thanks for the comment on "Ocean Blue". I used to live in Lloydminster, your age ago;-) Have fun here. It would be nice to see some pictures from there.
Hello again, thanks for the comment on (In the Heat of the Night). I forgot about that picture because it's in that mystery artist gallery instead of my gallery. Thanks for reminding me about it :)
Hi lonerboi, Thank you for taking a look at and commenting on "Where Pirates Go To Die"..and your right, it could be a place where they stash there booty. But hey, i had to come up with a name. :-)...thanks again.
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Thankyou for your kind comment on Rollaway 2 and 3 - It's appreciated!
These two images were from a scene I created using spheres, then went in close to one sphere to capture the scene as distorted reflections... all the images in the *rollaway* series are based on the same original scene.
Thanks for the nice comments on Beaver at Dawn. This photo did not get much attention on Caedes, but I still like it and I'm very pleased that you did too! Mike
Thank you for your comments on "Rattlesnake Sunrise". I'm glad you like it. The area surrounding Rattlesnake Mt. is a very desolate place. A fire swept through the area and it will be many years before it recovers. Thanks again.
Thanx for the comment and good rating on "Dream". It's one of my favorites too, so I'm glad you liked it. Looking foward to seeing your work as well! Thanx again- Maria

Thank you Ken for taking the time to view and post a comment on this image. I was on my way to the grocery store when I saw the beautiful clouds. I stopped along the way to photograph this sunset. I'm glad that you like this Macon Sunset 3 photo.

"In my mind's eye, I visualize how a particular... sight and feeling will appear on a print. If it excites me, there is a good chance it will make a good photograph. It is an intuitive sense, an ability that comes from a lot of practice."

Thanks for leaving a few nice comments about “Bimbadeen” the name is Australian aboriginal name meaning “Place with a View”, which is appropriate because just out of site in the photo is a lookout with a marvellous view over the Hunter Valley.
Thanks for the good comment on 'Sun on St. Pats'. Actually the original was portrait oriented, but the spire wasn't prominent at all. Thanks again. - Dave
Glad you dropped by and left me a couple of nice words on "morning mist". Glad you liked it so much. The photo was taken very early in te morning, the delicate mist seemed to wash out all the colours.
Thank you very much for your nice comment on "Early October". So glad you found it worth your time and a couple of words. I love that magical alley. It looks different at diffrent times of the day, of the year... Stay tuned
Hi Ken, thanks for your comments on 'with my head in the clouds' - that is exactly what I said about the Rockies in Canada (that once in my life I would see them) and that is what I did - so live your dream. :)
