I am glad you enjoyed Grace and left her such wonderful comments as well.. I love swans also and could not believe how close I was able to get. I saw my first live swan only this year and that was this past winter. The locals say she is there all the time as she can not fly so perhaps I can get down and capture her again.
Hi Neil - in answer to your question regarding the info on an image ... I haven't found a way to do this through the regular windows explorer feature and it won't work on images that have been saved as or manipulated. With Paint Shop Pro open, I open an image, then go the the Image Menu and click on Image Information. Chose the EXIF Information tab and it lists exactly how the camera was set when that image was taken. If you don't have PSP but have any other image editing program, there's probably a way to do this. Good luck! - Patty
So glad you came by Sunny Faces Neil and your nice PM. I've been gone so long and am soo very far behind but am looking fast. There is so much beauty out here to see. Thanks for your very kind words. I'll be caught up soon. Anita

continues endearing see a mother with a baby in its arms. Them sat
there together in rain.
I find it always nice to share my photo with another!
My internet lay out a couple of days, I couldn't answer you
Wil
I thank you for sharing your story. For the next several days I will be putting some of the old WW II airplanes on the site. I just hope my friends don't leave me but it is important to remember these old birds and the people who crewed them since more aviators were lost than any other branch of the service, percentage wise that is. Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

Hello again Neil. Thanks much for your thoughtful comments on, "Red Baron." Glad you noticed the sign! ;-) Appreciate the composition feedback as well.

Thanks Neil.......... for your response to "white rose". This was one of

Hi Neil - howdy from Arizona! It's been a while (been a busy last month!) but wanted to Thank You, very much, for your excellent comment on my gallery.
Hi Neil! Thank you for your kind comments on my recent pictures. I have been meaning to post this for last 5 days at least! but I seem to be typing all the time now - all for Caedes! Done more typing in last 2 months, than in last 5 years! I hope your wife is getting better gradually, and little Millie is becoming slowly more manageable! I do remember how hard it is to keep up with your new puppy, after you've lived with a mature, more sedate dog for years before! I hope you are keeping well too! I've just looked- I seem to have ALL your Roses in my "Roses Only" file on HD! Keep on look out for good one! Anna
Thanks for stopping by to comment on "Hi There" I enjoyed your comments about the "Nuthatch" will pass on to my son and I'm sure he will get a kick out of it also.
hey Neil thanks for your honest words of praise re LOSING THE GREY
I didnt fancy upscalling and interperating the image so i merely added the black bands to make up the size to 1600x1200 I think it adds to the rich contrast in the colour I hope you agree :)

Thank you so much for the comment on Opupa Falls.. i appreciate it very much.. thanx for popping in to view and comment on this picture.. means a lot to us..
Kia Ora Neil, thank you so much for your most thoughtful comment on my Hong Kong picture. It is indeed an amazing place, with so many contrasts. I always wanted to visit but must confess I had a romantisized preconception of it and the reality was very different but nontheless awe-inspiring. I visited briefly and as a tourist, being shown the touristy sights, but even that brief stay gave a small insight into the culture. I left feeling very grateful to live in a less crowded environment.
I also learned how easy it was to purchase a new camera there at a greatly inflated price and could have bought it for much less at home, but that is another story !! LOL
Neil..
Thank you so much for your comments to 'A Rose..A Rose'...
And yes...I will certainly try to keep on 'entertaining' you with my images...thanks a lot..Always appreciated.....Bob
Thanks Neil for taking the time to comment on my picture “King Kermit” Kermit and friends are gone till next spring but I have many pictures of them in the archives.
Neil thank you so very much about the wonderful comment on my post "View from the road" I'm so glad to hear that the quality of my posts show improvement with the new camera too. Thanks again Neil. Sandi
12/05/06 For anyone wishing to see the latest image of Millie, you will have to go the my gallery and look for "To Holland with Love". Caades removed it from new images for reasons unknown.
Hello Neil and thank you for commenting on "sunrise #3" I know what you mean about the contrail. Some do like it and some don't. I appreciate your time. Sandi
Thank you so much for such nice words on my post "a little wing action if you please" It really is nice to know that you like my shots that much. Neil thank you Sandi

Hi Neil. Thanks for coming by "The Eye Has It" and "Coming Home". The bird was in with some wild beasts at the zoo one day and got real close to the fence so I captured him without getting any wires. By the time I went for "The Rest of Me", he was standing back a bit and it's not near as clear. On "Coming Home", the plane was def circling the city and it's actually the first time I've seen such a nice view of it. Glad you enjoyed it too. Happy Holidays and hi to Millie ;). Anita
Neil: Thanks for taking the time to comment on "Natural-wood Framing." I'd like to take credit for the framing but, truth is, it's just where the little guy decided to land! Sometimes luck trumps skill. Gene
What you said about View to Votiv is so fantastic, I do not know how to thank you. Being in a permanent galerie would be a dream, thanks that you really believe, this could happen to the pic. I see something at my dentists window, but it looks more like a ... ball or something. Great you came by!
Hi Neil
I'm so glad someone else sees that little face (Ming?) in my Phalaenopsis orchid! I can't make up my mind if it's a benevolent face or otherwise! Thanks so much for the compliment. I was glad to capture it clearly. Kate
Hi Neil, just wanted to thank you for taking the time to give me such a nice review of my IN THE COUNTRY. I know what you mean about the snow, about the only place I like to see it is in a picture. Thanks for stopping by, Don
Many thanks Niel, for your positive comments on the flower "My Favourite". It is a great encouragement for me when I see that someone truly appreciates my work. - Raj
Well Neil, I actually was not sure to post this one because of the 'loud grain' because when I took this photo I had the camera the second day and wasn't firm with it yet. So I'm not now, but a bit more than then :o)
I just changed the sky's color from greenish grey to red.
Thanks for commenting 'Vienna by night - Millennium Tower' so nicely <:o)=
Thanks for taking time to visit my "Grand Canyon - Trailview Overlook." I really appreciate that you always took the time to leave your comments. I completely agree about not being able to capture the beauty of it all. And, while we were there they were dealing with the smoke coming up from California so it was a bit more hazey than normal. I took about 300 photos, many of the same place at different times of day trying to catch just the right shot.
Neil thank you for the advice on "end of the day" I really don't do anything with camera settings. I should learn I guess. I do have a tripod though which i should use more. I do appreciate the advice and it does not upset me. Believe me thank you! sandi
Hi Neil, thanks for your great comments about Lenten Rose. It's nice to know you really enjoyed it. Just have to pay the chiropractors fee now;o)
Cheers,
Steve.

Hi neil yes minnie does look like nick that is one reason we fell for her. We still have Handsome too. Our critters now include Dakota, Handsome, Fluffy, Zeke, Tigger and minnie. Whew!!
Thank you for stopping by at Crypt Keeper, Neil. I wish I had a better camera because I dont like the way my Nikon P2 captures shadows. It doesn't seem real enough to me. Also highlights get washed out. Blue, Green and Gray's seem to be the ideal colors to capture. White and Black are also nice as long as they aren't extreme.
Hi Neil! Thanks for stopping to view my *Hog on the Run*. I appreciate all your fine comments. I think this was a smart Hog to find his way back to his old home - kind of touching :) Come back anytime...Your friend, Carolyn
Hi Neil, thanks for you nice comment on “The City is peeking through the trees”. I appreciate your opinion and definitely do not take it as criticism. You are absolutely right, I tried what you proposed and I was pleased with the results.
Regards,
Jenny

Hello Neil and thank you for the nice comment on "Precious Kitty" she really has been a good cat. Cannont imagine why she was in the shelter in the first place. Sandi
Hi Neil, I'm not positive that "Black Dahlia" is a sunflower, but it sure looks like one. It is probably a variety. There is an arboretum near my house and they have displayed sunflowers that are the size of Brown Eyed Susans. Whatever it is, it's a beauty! I am glad you like my username - most of the time it is very true! Diane
Neil Good morning and thank you for the positive comment on "winona lake in grey" I did like the results and glad people are in agreement so far. My other post today "center lake ducks" is done with a blue one. Sandi

So happy to see you this morning Neil and thank you for coming by to see the sparrow and the hibiscus. Since it's dreary dreary here today as well, I felt we all needed a ray of sunshine. Thanks for your very supportive comments on both posts. Anita
