Hi Penny.. thanks for your great comment on Dreamtime #1.. i'm glad you liked it.. it is very different (I try to be with my work) and there will be more of these on the way.. =)
Thank you much Penny for the nice comment on "Single Fractaled Pearl". I can not afford some of the fancier software at this time that makes those almost life like surrealistic creations. So I have to tinker with what I have. I'm trying to make use of some seldom used filter effects such as zigzag for the pond ripple. A lot of the techniques are test and retest till it looks like you want it to look.
Thanks for looking at "Just A little Color" Penny. They are nice flowers to look at but with my equipment sometimes illusive to photograph clearly. This turned out fairly tolerable. I'm glad you liked it.
Thanks for the comment on "No straight lines." That's what really grabbed me when I walked by this area. I couldn't keep going without getting a few pictures.
"To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."

Thanks for your lovely comment on 'Hood Canal'. Yes, between the water and mountains it's very pretty here. I'm originally from your area of the country (the Midwest-Ohio) and still have lots of family there! :) Sherri
Thank you very much for taking the time to view and comment on my abstract; "Ornate".
Was a little reticent to post intially, as it is quite a complex visual, but felt that I had attained and achieved a certain pleasing balance between the elements of that abstract.
Hi, thanks for your comment on Sunny Wilderness! The original fractal was quite a strong yellow, but the layering seemed to calm it down a bit, so it came across as cheerful rather than bright. Glad you liked it. :-)
I'm not a professional photographer but I enjoy sharing my work with everyone and viewing other peoples work.

Ohhhh my goodness! Even a tiny little comparison to a wonderful artist like Monet..wow...he is my most favorite artist, and maybe that's why some of my photos and my canvas paintings sort of appear a teeny bit like his..But you don't even know how you made me feel by saying that..I think I might have blushed..heehee..thank you sooooo much for enjoying my photo. Yes it is amazing how beatiful nature is even in microscopic level. But that is not all, I have more very interesting photos to come from my super macro series of mushrooms :) Maybe next week a new photo :)
