Good morning Val
Many thanks for your comments and appreciation on "Unidentified bush plant". Since posting it under that title, a friend showed me an picture of the plant in an Australian wild plant book. However, if there is a similar plant where you live, would not be surprised - a search on the Internet for "Dodonaea" shows numerous subspecies scattered around the globe, including the pinnata.
Enjoy your day.

Thanks Valli for your comments on "Dragonfly Handstands". It's very much appreciated. Hope I get to see more of your work too...I've enjoyed your pictures thus far.
Thanks for your comment on one good sneeze. I too like old barns. I've been pondering doing a series on them and may once the weather cools off a bit. It may make a good fall project.
Hi Valli, thanks so much for stopping by and I appreciate it! Your comments on "Peeking Through" were delightful and your high scoring is a pleasure as well!! Have you been inactive for a yr? If so, I hope all is well with you! I noticed you logged on in 2004, but who cares, it appears as though you are a new member so I offer you my big WELCOME to Caedes Valli, and hope you enjoy your stay here and all the wonderful people on this site!! Sincerely, Marilyn
Thanks so much Valli , for taking the time to look and comment on, I Can Only Imagine. It is much ,appreciated i know how hard it is to check everything out. Thanks again. Dwight.
Thank you Valli for the kind comments on "Just Dropping in For a Quick Snack". I really appreciate it.
The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed.

Hello Valli. Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Pussy Willow 5 image. This was taken in late afternoon with the sun shining on the back side. Behind it was the darknesss of a wooded area. I took this at iso 50, f11 at about 1/60 exposure with a fill flash using the cameras telephoto macro mode. I'm glad that you enjoyed viewing this image.

Hi Valli, thank you so much for your comment on "Frankfurter Rundschau". The blinds / shutters were on the outside of the building. I agree with the lighting, the whole building looked dull that day. What a difference a blue sky and a few sunbeams make.... I have made some more pics that show the hidden beauty of this place. As I mentioned, it is a wonderful place in summer with two Restaurants nearby where you can sit outside, eat your lunch and watch the river and/or the water fountain. Have a great time and stop by from time to time to watch my gallery...
Best wishes, Bernd
thanks for your comment, trust me Im gladd you kind of liked it after the first comment i was kind of discouraged. (Dani) the other shot is now uploaded (Silhouette) hope you like it! again thanks.
Thanks for commenting on "God-Send". Don't worry, the snow isn't always like that. The roads are usually cleared and the snow usually crystalizes, losing the splendor. :-) I am not entirely sure that the cold weather makes this state worth it, but these type of pictures seem to be a pretty good argument for saying.
