Hey there Mister Madman, wat'cha know that I don't know
Tell me some crazy stories, let me know who runs this show
Glassy-eyed and laughing, he turns and walks away
Tell me what made you that way
Kia Ora Bill, I really appreciate you recent comments on my pictures. Thank you :)
Burnished Beach - I did do a dark framed version but I did not like it - you can see it here if you like

Well Weedhopper, I havn't heard from you for awhile. Thks for stopping by Tranquil Bayou. and also for having the gumpsion to say what you don't like about the composition as well as what you do like. Nobody learns anything on this site because too many are afraid to criticise. Good to hear from you.
Pat
Hi there Weedy ... Thanks you very much for dropping by The Song Of The Soul & commenting. I really value all your kind words & encouragement hon. Couldn't do it without good friends like you. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving !
Thanks for your comments on "Silver Pheasant". AS to it not being centered .... It is that way on purpose. If I had it centered, you would be able to see the fence of the pen it is in .... LOL
Hi Bill, thanks for your kind comment on White Magic and A Red Red Rose. Yes, they are indeed roses, rambling roses, or dog roses. These ones grow down by the creek where I captured the little duckling about to take the plunge. I went back to check on the ducklings - they have all grown. :)
Thank you so much for your gracious remarks on crying rose, Bill. I believe your warm words surely brought comfort to our depressed beauty queen. She was afraid her beauty would pass away unnoticed but the incredible feedback showed that she was wrong.
Thanks for your comments on my "Grand Canyon" pic. This shot was taken on the West Rim Drive going towards Hermits Rest. This was my first time at the Grand Canyon. It was on my list of things to do before I die. I just don't think I really did it the justice it deserves though. It's an awesome place to visit.
Hello Bill. Thanks for commenting on my recent photo of London Bridge. Your words were very generous! I'm still learning about night time photography. Through trial and error I've learn't that a slower shutter speed and a sturdy tripod are the best. I take a range of slow speed exposures and simply pick out the most 'sucessful' appearing one. I'm lucky too in so far as there is plenty of places in London to experiment too! Thanks again, best wishes, Iain.
Hi Bill, many thanks for your visit to "Talk of the Town"! I appreciate your delightful words, and comments, and any ideas, you think I may find helpful! Now Remember that, OK? I also want to thank you for past visits, and for those I have failed to comment on! We all know, if I would stop posting as often, as I do, I would catch up! LOL! LOL! I will try harder Bill! I will look forward to your next visit with pleasure! Sincerely, Marilyn
Thanks for your comments on my "Grand Canyon-Mather's Point" pic. I think the grainey sky is a reult of the haze from the fire in California. It's a pity.
Ronda is famous for two reasons: it has a picturesque bridge that spans a gigantic gorge that cuts right through the center of town and it houses the oldest bullring in Spain and most probably in the world. It is a charming little town so different from the bustling Costa del Sol resorts and big cities of Andalusia. It managed to retain all of its traditional charm and languid atmosphere. I am happy to see you among ones who decided to visit the place.
Thank you so much Bill for your great comments on Angelic Choir. I really appreciated them & I'm so glad you liked it ! You've pulled your gallery, I see. :( I hope that you'll drop by & say HI every now & again hon. <<<hugs>>>
Me again Bill ! *waves madly* Hi there ! Thanks for dropping by Angel's KIss & commenting hon. It's no master-piece, I know, but I'm so glad you thought so ! <<<hugs>>>
“Praise the light of late November,
the thin sunlight that goes deep in the bones.
Praise the crows chattering in the oak trees;
though they are clothed in night, they do not
despair. Praise what little there's left:
the small boats of milkweed pods, husks, hulls,
shells, the architecture of trees. Praise the meadow
of dried weeds: yarrow, goldenrod, chicory,
the remains of summer. Praise the blue sky
that hasn't cracked yet. Praise the sun slipping down
behind the beechnuts, praise the quilt of leaves
that covers the grass: Scarlet Oak, Sweet Gum,
Sugar Maple. Though darkness gathers, praise our crazy
fallen world; it's all we have, and it's never enough.”

Thank you for your heartwarming words of friendship and positive reinforcement of my efforts at "November impressions", Bill. I am looking forward to your next visit.
I'm glad you hopped by for a little November tasting. Two afternoon sunrays, a couple of colorful leaves, a little bit of November flavor – that’s all what gives such a nice result. I am glad you have appreciated this well-tried recipe.
Has it been that long Bill ? Really ? My God .....anyway.... thanks again for your generous comments on Bel canto hon.... I really appreciate all your support, it means a lot to me. *hugs*
Hi Bill, I would like to thank you very much on you honest opinion on "Waterfalls on Maui". One major issue I had to deal with while boarding the Helicopter was that I was not allowed to have any carry on items :( Too far to zoom in, but in regards to the size I could crop it to make it more desktop friendly.
Regards
Adriana
Thanks, Bill, very nice comment and suggestions, but my "mistake" is that I shot the lake and the sky against the sun and I was trying to brighten the picture. I should have done it in the morning, but I was there in the afternoon and just a few hours, couldn't wait for the next morning.
Thnaks Bill for your comments, I like them, I like opened opinion about everything. I am only glad that you like my photos, which sometimes are good and sometimes not that good, as it is with everything. I enjoy doing this, it's fun and I don't take it too serious. This is good also because we communicate with the people all over the world with similar hobby and taste. And that's very important for me. Have a nice weekend.
Thks for stopping by. If nothing else, I too think this a most unique image. But, what I think is really good vs what the Caedes voting public thinks, seems to be worlds apart.
Bill, I'm so sorry to hear you were so sick ! :( That's terrible ! It must've been a nightmare for your family. I also wanted to thank you for H1N1 Vurus, even if it did remind you of that.
Bill !!! Hiya hon !!! Thanks bunches for dropping by Banshee Awakens & saying such wonderful things...youalways make me feel so good about my fractals even when I'm feeling so down. Thanks hon. :hugsssss
Thanks a lot for your comment of "Land of the Unreal", this was probably my biggest project yet. Not that I often edit pictures, but I am really getting into this :) Hope you have a great week!
